The UAE Winter Athletics Federation is organising a collection of Alpine skiing championships in two categories – Slalom and Freestyle Skiing – in collaboration with Dubai Athletics Council, the UAE Olympic Committee, and Ski Dubai.

These championships consist of the National Ski Championships, the Asian Paralympic Championships, and the East Timor Ski Championships.

Amid the popular backers of the celebration is the Swiss Tourism Council, which will lead to supporting the countrywide group by giving the option for instruction and sporting activities rehabilitation for some of the contributors following the championship in snow resorts in cooperation with major Swiss ski faculties in Interlaken and Davos. “We are pleased with our partnerships to aid the UAE’s promising champions by sponsoring the National Ski Championships. We also search ahead to supporting this sporting procession right up until the champions are crowned at the Intercontinental Winter Olympics,” explained Matthias Albrecht, GCC director for Switzerland Tourism.

Hamel Ahmed Al Qubaisi, vice president of the UAE Wintertime Athletics Federation included that the championship includes members belonging to above 20 nationalities. “The UAE Winter Sports Federation will work closely with our companions to embrace talent and present competitiveness alternatives for champions,” said Al Qubaisi.

Asian Paralympic Championships
People of dedication will compete in the snowboarding activity on November 19-20 in the Asian Paralympic Championship. It will be hosted by the Ski Dubai and organsed by the Emirates Winter Athletics Federation and the UAE Paralympic Committee. Theyab Jassim Al Muhairi will represent the UAE.

National Ski Championships
UAE clubs are collaborating in the Countrywide Ski Championship will also take location on November 19-20, organised by the Emirates Winter Athletics Federation. The Emirati individuals include Hamda Al Suwaidi, Abdullah Al Bulushi, and Hassan Al Fardan.

East Timor Ski Championships
Timor-Leste reportedly selected the UAE as the most ideal position for its snowboarding competitions which will be held across the freestyle and slalom categories because the Dubai snow slope in Ski Dubai is the only indoor slope authorized by the Worldwide Ski Federation. The championship competitions, which are organised by the Timor Leste Ski Federation and in collaboration with the Emirates Wintertime Sports activities Federation and Ski Dubai, have presently begun and will continue right up until November 20.
